Have had the pleasure of working with Michelle at LGA. Honestly, I would forget sometimes I was speaking with a recruiter, she felt more like a good friend. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Leslie Gaber, especially Leslie and Carolyn. These two individuals went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me find the perfect fit. I have to assume that the professionalism and dedication directed toward me is the treatment given to all of their customers because it seemed to come easy to them! Leslie called me for a position that was attractive but not perfect enough for me to leave a company that I helped launch. I gave her three criteria in which I would consider moving on : 1. A new start up company. 2. A promising Biotech company. 3. A district managers position. She called me three days later to tell me she faxed my resume to a new start up biotech company. She said that even though they were conducting second interviews the region manager wanted to meet with me in four hours. Leslie helped me prepare by telling me everything she knew about the company and the interview went great. After a final interview in San Francisco, I got the job and it is a perfect fit. The story does not end there. My final interview was scheduled for September 11, 2001 at 9:00 am PST, three hours after the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon. Knowing that I got the job and their task was finished Leslie and Carolyn checked on me daily while I was stuck in S.F. 3000 miles away from home. There were problems with hotel billing as well as others that they handled allowing me to prepare for my new job. Thank you. I hope I can return the favor!

I have worked with Leslie Gaber & Associates since 1997 to build the Connetics sales force. This year, we doubled our dermatology sales force by adding 36 new hires, and LGA was invaluable in providing outstanding candidates.
